Dosage and administration of Nilavembu Kudineer
The polyherbal decoction is a drink.
Just add 2 to 3 teaspoons (around 10 grams) of powder to 250ml of water. Boil the decoction untill it reduces to about 60ml. You can consume about 30 to 60 ml of this warm decoction twice a day on an empty stomach. Since the taste of the decoction is bitter, you can add honey or palm jaggery to it.
